As an emerging project manager, some of the skills I would have loved to master are communication, understanding the regulatory environment, time management and ethics and adherence to standards because mastering them will definitely help me to thrive in that profession, and will also help me to manage other remaining skills.

  2. As a beginner looking to get into the field of project management all of the above listed are skills I’m definitely looking to improve on because most often than not they are inter dependant on each other.

  3. I work in the Health Industry, the skills I believe are essential for my job are, Communication, Time Management and Ethics, the area I need to improve upon are Negotiation and Continual Professional Development

    Still aspiring to be not turning blind eye to the fact that I’m still an entrepreneur skills like communication, negotiation and ethics and standards are top three skills I need to work on as this will create a trustworthy and transparent ground for a successful and swift outcome of my business

  5. I’ll say as an IT project manager, Negotiations & Time Management are two skills i need to fill the gap on. This are important for communicating with stakeholders, external clients and also making sure projects delivered on time and all necessary task completed on schedule.

  6. Communication is key in every transaction. As a business-minded person, I see to it that I improve on my communication skills and also consistently develop my ability as a good negotiator. All of these these skills must be work upon within the framework of time. I must earn the trust of the people I work with, to make me a better businessman as well as a great project manager. To me, all the skills are interconnected and should be taken seriously.

  7. As an aspiring Project manager one of the skills I would really love to master would Communication skills, negotiation and Time management, effectively mastering these skills will definitely improve my workflows and make my role and responsibilities more efficient
