    II. Solution focused approach: Definitely there would be issues along the line but what settles it is how I handle those issues and provide solutions as a virtual assistant. I would always try to find solution to any matters that might arise

    I would address my clients dissatisfaction by listening effectively to their complaints and owning up to my mistakes. I’ll also have a warm conversation with my client to know which direction the problem is coming from and find a lasting solution to it. After that, I will put the solutions into progress by making changes and confirming from my client if the changes meets their expectations.
