Our Project Management Course Program Offers You Leadership Internship Opportunity.

As part of this program, we will be selecting 10 individuals as interns to serve as team leads who will lead different teams to finish the program and get certified.

And we are looking for applicants who are proactive and motivated to succeed for this internship leadership opportunity.

Qualified INTERNS will receive public recommendation for hiring firms, and double certification, being an additional Certificate of internship and leadership when this batch of the program is completed, to prove to employers that they have successfully led a team and deserve such roles.

To be considered for this leadership opportunity, applicants will need to refer at least 10 individuals to join the next cohort of this bootcamp.

However, interns with the highest number of referrals will be selected for the opportunity to serve as team leads.

This process is intended to identify those who have the ability to inspire and influence others, and to ensure they can lead a team, which are key qualities of effective leaders and project managers.

In addition, all applicants will be evaluated on their experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role of a Team lead [Intern].

To apply, simply refer a minimum of 10 people to enroll for the program and ensure they put in your email address in the “who referred you section” which has just been added to the form.

Ensure your email is spelt correctly to enable the system track all your referrals.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, and selected candidates will be notified of their acceptance into the programme.

  2. Leadership is not merely a title or position; it is an opportunity to inspire, guide, and make a positive impact on others. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have had the privilege of assuming various leadership roles, each offering unique challenges and opportunities for growth.

    During my fourth and fifth years at Madonna University, I had the honor of serving as the Hostel Representative. In this role, I was responsible for fostering a conducive living environment for my fellow students. Through effective communication and active listening, I addressed their concerns, resolved conflicts, and organized engaging activities. This experience taught me the importance of empathy, teamwork, and the power of effective communication in building a harmonious community.

    After completing my studies, I went for the One year Compulsory National Youth Service Corps program were I was posted to Ebonyi State, Nigeria. While in Camp, I had the privilege of leading a diverse team of 12 medical professionals, including pharmacists, nurses, and public health officers. This experience enhanced my leadership abilities, improved my communication skills, and taught me the importance of collaboration and teamwork in achieving common goals. I believe these qualities will enable me to effectively contribute to multidisciplinary projects on my Professional Journey.

    Amid the global pandemic, I volunteered as a member of the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC), conducting COVID-19 tests for corps members during their national youth service. This experience allowed me to contribute directly to the nation’s fight against the virus while providing vital support to individuals in need. It also highlighted the significance of adaptability, resilience, and selflessness in times of crisis. Through this work, I witnessed the profound impact that collective efforts can have on public health and community well-being.

    I was appointed as the Chief Medical Laboratory Scientist at the Ishiaku General Hospital Ebonyi State and Octavia Pharmaceutical Ltd. In these roles, I was entrusted with managing laboratory operations, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team of skilled professionals.

    At Ishiaku Hospital, Ebonyi State. I implemented innovative laboratory protocols, streamlined processes, and introduced Laboratory technique to enhance efficiency and accuracy. By fostering a collaborative work environment and investing in continuous professional development, I empowered my team to deliver exceptional healthcare services to patients. This experience reinforced my belief in the transformative potential of effective leadership, as it not only improved patient care but also increased staff morale and productivity

    My leadership experiences have instilled in me several valuable lessons. Firstly, I have learned the significance of active listening, empathy, and effective communication. By understanding the needs and perspectives of those I lead, I can better serve and support them. Secondly, I have come to appreciate the importance of collaboration and teamwork. By fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, I have witnessed the exponential growth of individuals and the collective achievements of the team.

    Furthermore, these experiences have strengthened my adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills. As a leader, I have learned to navigate challenges, make difficult decisions, and remain calm under pressure. This has not only enhanced my ability to deliver results but has also inspired confidence and trust among my peers and subordinates.

    Conclusion: My leadership journey has been a transformative one, filled with diverse experiences that have shaped me both personally and professionally. From my role as a Hostel Representative to serving as a Chief Medical Laboratory Scientist and volunteering with the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, I have learned the importance of empathy, effective communication, collaboration, adaptability, and resilience.
