Our Project Management Course Program Offers You Leadership Internship Opportunity.
As part of this program, we will be selecting 10 individuals as interns to serve as team leads who will lead different teams to finish the program and get certified.
And we are looking for applicants who are proactive and motivated to succeed for this internship leadership opportunity.
Qualified INTERNS will receive public recommendation for hiring firms, and double certification, being an additional Certificate of internship and leadership when this batch of the program is completed, to prove to employers that they have successfully led a team and deserve such roles.
To be considered for this leadership opportunity, applicants will need to refer at least 10 individuals to join the next cohort of this bootcamp.
However, interns with the highest number of referrals will be selected for the opportunity to serve as team leads.
This process is intended to identify those who have the ability to inspire and influence others, and to ensure they can lead a team, which are key qualities of effective leaders and project managers.
In addition, all applicants will be evaluated on their experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role of a Team lead [Intern].
To apply, simply refer a minimum of 10 people to enroll for the program and ensure they put in your email address in the “who referred you section” which has just been added to the form.

While working at Gondowana Petroleum Service, I was given numerous tasks that helped improve my skills in leadership and project management. In my role as a Data Entry Staff, I carefully handled and sorted large quantities of data, guaranteeing precision and productivity throughout all operations. I always met the high level of precision and attention to detail required for this role. My responsibilities involved streamlining data entry processes, implementing quality control measures, and overseeing a small team to meet our departmental objectives, highlighting acquired accomplishments and leadership skills.
This experience enhanced my skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, and team coordination. I honed the ability to foster a collaborative and productive environment, motivating team members to work towards shared goals. The way I lead is based on empathy and working together, to bring out the best in every team member.

I am writing to express my interest in the Team Lead position for Project Management at DEXA Cohort 16(G1), Team 7. I am excited about the opportunity this is to enable me to contribute to the academic’s programs and initiatives.
I am a graduate of computer science; I have been opportune to work in a financial and administrative settings as an executive’s sales officer and confidential secretary. Currently working at Goziri insurance Brokerage as Operation Manager. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to effectively lead and manage organizational financial activities. For example, marketing team lead, company’s payroll salary and other expenses.
My approach emphasizes clear communication, proactive to problem-solving, and adaptability to project requirements and its environs. My ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on project execution has consistently contributed to project success. I have always loved working as a team. Team collaboration helps me to facilitate effective communication with my teammates. I enjoy team collaboration because it boosts my understanding and knowledge on any subject matter which helps me to be more productive in a project. However, regards to my professional development I am committed to continuous learning and development within the field of project management expertise.

I’m honored and grateful to be part of this great community and also grateful to all the organizers 🙏.
Taking on project management at Dexa is a great privilege and an honor.
Growing up, I have always referred to myself as a natural manager, and I’ve noticed myself to be a detailed person. Meanwhile, I have always sought means to professionalize my natural abilities; that is exactly what I see the project management course as.
In my day-to-day life, I am always interested in and actively involved in how a program, project, or event will go through seamlessly, including proper management of resources and participants or audiences. One way I exhibited this was during my wedding. I made sure to oversee some activities and delegate some to ensure a smooth event, and the commendations poured in their numbers thereafter.
Another scenario was during a Christmas outreach to over 100 people organized by my church in 2022. I actively led the team from planning to actualization, and the feedback was overwhelming—the church made me the team leader for the same program in 2023.
This is not to say that there were no challenges, but the fact that I loved and enjoyed the process with a great team each time made the difference. Above all, I do not like projects, tasks, or events flopping, especially if I am a part of them. This disposition also kept me going.
I am honest, accountable, detailed, confident in my abilities, open to learning, and could make a good team member or team leader, as the case may be.
I genuinely wish to be a part of the internship program, as it is going to be an avenue to sharpen my natural abilities and put theory into practice.

During my academic journey, I volunteered in the school law clinic for 2 years and I possess adequate leadership skills and experience.I have a good communication skill which is one of the requirements a good leader should possess.I believe an internship will offer me a unique opportunity to put to good use this skills . I’m very much aware of the roles and responsibilities of this position and I genuinely believe I can accomplish it.
