    General Virtual assistant and specialized virtual assistant are an independent contractor and business owner in their own right.They are both freelancers who assists clients organize their business and coordinate office environment. General virtual s assistant arrange and manage documents, organize travels for clients , they carry out administrative support like managing and keeping diary of client , schedules daily meeting , calendar management, management of inboxes , take care of emails and calls , book keeping and all administrative tasks.
    While Specialized virtual assistant offers a specific services to a specific task, they do not do all general aspect of VA, instead they thrive a specific aspect of the task.
    Examples of specialized VA :
    Social media Va: to handle , promote and create social media accounts , keep an eye on feedback and reviews, manage paid campaigns, create performance metrics and analytical strategies and contents . They also provide schedule of social media post and reply comments and inbox.
    Real estate VA: they are specialized in posting ads in real estate websites, scheduling meeting for home viewing, making list of potential clients and preferences, responding to queries and following up on buyer and rentees, contract negotiations etc.
