    2. i) Cloud Storage & File Sharing: example Google Drive which is a go-to for collaborations and Drop Box/Box which is for handling larger files or files that require extra security thereby helping Virtual Assistants ensure safety and privacy of client/company information.
    ii) Communication & Collaboration: example Slack which replaces long chain e-mails and Zoom/Google Meet/Skype for face-to-face connection with clients to help the V.A with concise and accurate information exchange as well as foster a relationship and build trust.

    3. Niching Down is choosing or narrowing down my target product/audience and focusing my attention, expertise and growth to that particular niche.
    Advantages of Niching Down are;
    i) With fewer people involved, it enables you focus on quality and relationship building, as you can personalise communications and follow-up diligently.
    ii) There are fewer competitors which in turn means less monitoring of prices and activities by prospective clients.
    Disadvantage;
    i) Volatile Market/Technological innovations may leave you with a market overtaken by Artificial Intelligence with no need for your particular skill set example Copywriting as sited by Erin Booth in one of her videos.
