They’re accountable for a wider range of responsibilities, including Bookkeeping, Emails, Appointments, presentation of Expense Reports, & the filing of papers. They also offer basic virtual assistant services, & like management of social media platforms and customer services.
A Specialized Virtual Assistant is a professional who offers expertise in a specific area or industry, unlike a general virtual assistant. They focus on areas requiring technical, creative, or industry-specific knowledge.

Meanwhile, a niche VA is a person who handles only a specific areas of business. It could be social management, data entry, or execitive admin assistance.

the advantage of niching down include:

saves money: a VA will save money on tools and resources if he niches down to a specific area of the market that matches his expertise.
a potential disadvantage is that there might be limited opportunities in his niche compared to when he spreads his net to other areas. This is where a generalist va shines since he can take jobs in other areas whereas a specialist va will only be confined to the area of the market where he has pitched his tent.
