    2) Social media VA: Virtual Assistant mentor the company part through the various social media platforms and keep a record of them self and documented. E.g Commonly management, online advertising.

    – Gmail or Outlook: professional email remain a cornerstone of the business.
    – Slack: it used to organized channels and direct messages, making it ideal for collaborating with team or many clients.
    2) Time Management:
    – Trello, Asana, clickup: Virtual Assistant use it for breaking down management tools and workflows.
    – Monday.com: is a template and tools on it that can streamline almost any types of the work that we virtual assistant do.

    – Hootsuite, butter, or later: Are used to pre-schedule post’s across many platforms we are handling and it save more time and it’s ensure consistency for clients social media presence.

    Benefits of having a niche is that you as a VA would build a strong and lasting relationship with your clients.
