ii)Slack is used as a means of communication and it enhances VA’s workflow by making work easier replacing lengthy emails to a summarized one

a. Zoom, Google Meet: These are communication and collaboration tools used for remote work. They are face to face video conferencing tools. These enhances a VAs workflow by providing an opportunity for face to face interactions. They are effective for virtual meetings and client consultations.
b. Google Drive: Google drive aids in sharing documents, spreadsheets and presentation with clients. It helps in controlling access and editing permissions. To a VA it creates an easy way for cloud storage and file sharing, hence ensuring safety of documents and reports.
c. Canva: Canva is a design tool for attractive graphics, infographics and videos. Beginner friendly also. It’s a VAs go to tool for easy creative designs.

b) SPREADSHEET: This is used by a V.A. to create, maintain, and analyze stored data for better understanding of the stored data. Example Excel Spreadsheet.
c) SEO TOOLS: (Search Engine Optimization) This tool is used by a V.A. to enhance websites so that it appear more frequently when people search for items or services connected to the company on Google,Bing, and other search engines.
