I consider Gen AI a neccesity for all professions, particularly in exploring how it can enhance their productivirty while saving them time and resources.
As start up business owner, Gen AI tool has become an integral part of my business process. I leverage ChatGPT text generation capabilities to generate sales copy for my business, broadcast message for my clients as well as generate social media posters and flyers for my business. Gen AI tools are part of my brainstorming sessions as they help refine my ideas, create actionable plans and schedule them in a way that they are easier to execute.
Gen AI has helped my efficiency and productivity in quite a lot of ways.
Generative AI has created a paradigm shift in product management. it has make some fundamental of product discovery much more easier, one can easily prompt generative AI like chatGPT or Gemini to carry out market research, get user insight in competitors and as well as get the pain user are talking about in a less time. writing product requirement document has become much more easier as well. Generative AI has permiatted into every aspect of product life cycle that it make ideating and iterating on product feature much faster and easier that what it used to be 5 years ago.
Generative AI has significantly sharpened my ability to research deeply and synthesize complex information into clear, persuasive insights with speed and precision. It has enhanced my productivity by helping me structure ideas, refine technical content, and maintain consistency across high-level professional work. Through AI-assisted analysis, I am able to explore multiple perspectives, validate concepts, and arrive at more informed, evidence-based conclusions. It has also strengthened my creative process by transforming raw ideas into polished outputs without diluting expertise or originality. Overall, generative AI functions as a strategic intellectual partner that elevates the quality, depth, and impact of my work.
While as a student, I found Generative AI to be incredibly useful for two main things: simplifying complex study materials (essentially debugging difficult concepts) and assisting with the research workload for my final year project. It has definitely made the learning process more efficient
In education AI has been tremendously helpful from concept explanation to to sample questions generation in a topic and how to answer them effectively to healthcare applications for sample radiography pictures etc

Yes I’ve experienced the use of Generative Ai in learning as a student.
Learning about generative AI has been a wonderful experience, misconceptions has been cleared and my knowledge on AI has been heightened.
And i have come to understand that generative AI in the area of Human resources management
AI help to assist the managers and staff to attain the following:
– Increased Productivity
– Document organisation and proper detailing
– Accelerating the efforts of the workers.
– Assisting the HRM to schedule workers for leave based on certain conditions
– Assisting the HRM with reminder of tasks.
– Tracking productivity and efficiency of each workers
– Monitoring company goals and task progress in archiving them.
– Assisting the HRM with roster formation and assigning day’s of duties.
– Using AI for appraisal of staffs.
The advancement of AI has been useful in ensuring seamless work flow
