Module 2: Applications and Tools of Generative AI
Considering your profession and nature of work, how do you see generative AI impacting and enhancing your work? Can you share some tasks, processes, or other aspects of your work that have or can change through generative AI?
If you are a student, have you experienced the use of generative AI in education or training?
We encourage you to engage in a constructive discussion here:
Generative AI can help.my working area as officer of Nigeria Customs Service, it help.to dictate prude and short payment in customs duties, it can also help dictate substandard products and drugs throught it’s programme of Operation Stops, 4, where it is looking for substandard goods and drugs, it can also help the department of strategy and research to used chapGPT to research for world customs organization standard and new operation ,so creative AI has numerous role to help.in.my working place thanks for development
I’ve experienced the use of generative AI in my learning. I often use it to help me understand difficult topics more clearly, especially when the explanation in class or the textbook feels too complex. Sometimes I’ll ask it to break down a concept in simpler terms or give me examples to make sense of it. It’s also helpful when I’m writing essays—I use it to brainstorm ideas, get feedback on my drafts, and even check for grammar mistakes. When I study, I might ask it to quiz me or summarize my notes. It’s kind of like having a tutor available anytime, though I still try to make sure I understand things on my own and don’t just rely on it for answers.
As a student i have used quite a number of generative AI tools without realizing it. I have used tools like stable diffusion, midjourney and Microsoft copilot for a lot of things such as image creation and information acquisition. In the coming days i really look forward to the improvement of free and wide accessible tools for students that we can incorporate in our studying journey such as personal tutors, visual generation tools.
I am currently student studying Architecture… All i can say is Generative Ai is speeding All our tasks starting from Prelimanaries papers generation in this instance i uses canva that can give me more room to generate image as well as text so fast and easily. And also in term of Design the is so much integration of Gen Ai that simplify and modify our work just like Renders an AI that help in improving the quality of our produced design. To mentioned but few some serve to give estimates in the entire project some serves to alert on any problems concerning crashes as the case may be. To me so far you get the knowledge of using All this Gen-Ai you simply makes your work very easier.
Generative AI wil have a great impacts for us in the Supply Chain Management/Logistics Family. It will make documentations more effective, it will make it more easy to write and send day to day work reports and also numerical/measurement computations.
