Their role is to assist their organization, institution or employer in carrying out certain tasks as per the job requirements. These tasks differs considering the specialization of the virtual assistant and this is where the contrast lies.
      CONTRAST
      While a General Virtual Assistant performs all administrative tasks in helping the organization or employer, a specialized virtual assistant focus on a particular aspect of the organization’s or employer’s routine activities to render help. The general virtual assistant has to be versatile and vast in almost all areas whereas the specialized virtual assistant majors in a specific aspect and works on that.
