1 A general virtual assistant role is basically administrative and operational role, while that of a specialized virtual assistant is that of a specialty based on a skill already had, I can be a graphic designer and create designs for a company or brand as a specialized VA.
A specialized VA can decide to be a social media manager or a graphic designer.

As a virtual assistant with a particular niche focus on just one niche that you are skilled at don’t try to do too many niches and you end up not getting anything positive in return.
