All 6 skills are very relevant in my field
For me I need to work on my communication and negotiation skills. I believe I can be better.
Also time management, I procrastinate a lot, getting that in check is a step I am taking to close the gap
All the are required by me as a Quality Assurance officer but i will put more emphasis on the communication skill
Continous upskilling in all the skills would be it for me and also look for opportunities to gain hands-on experience in using and sharpening the skills. All six of them are definitely relvant for my career path as a Virtual Assistant.

These are skills I need to work in my role as an Executive assistant and legal practitioner.
The potential steps I am planning to take and that I have already started, is to work closely with a project manager on a project I am very much interested in and to help in accomplishing tasks to aid progress of the project. I have been learning to work on timelines and scheduling as well. I am also learning online courses to improve my project management skills.

As an aspiring project management expert, I aim to develop all the essential skills needed to perform my duties effectively and efficiently.
The very important skill needed for my current job is negotiation skill, and understanding regulatory environment. Though others are vital as well but i think i have progressed on communication. This is because we procure most of the items used in the company and negotiation is one vital skill that can help in ensuring my organisation stays profitable. I have choosen to keep learning and upskill.

I like the idea of flexibility as a project manager; and even as a tech-inclined medical student, this course goes further to reaffirm the importance of all of these skills ,and how they cut across various walks of life. I’m definitely going with all of them.
