  1. My name is Olabisi Akadri, for my current job role the essential skills for me are communication, time management and continual professional development.
    I did a course earlier this year on Leadership skills and development which covers a lot of skills especially communication and I believe with what I will be learning in the course of these Project Management course I will gain additional knowledge too.

Communication & Time management are very essential skills, which we work with everyday, Negotiation is the best skill I could say am best at, cause it a daily activity to me at my current work, I really will not back out on taking more courses on Ethics and standards, continuing professional development

Considering my current job as a military personnel, i think the skills i need more is on time management, Ethics and standards as well as continuing professional development. On time mgt. it’s important to me to be able to execute my mission within the required time because a delay may cause serious injuries if not multiple deaths.
    On Ethics and standards. Every organization has set of rules and regulations that is expected to guide their behavior in order to achieve a standard which they ll known for. While certain behaviors may be condoned by an organization others won’t.
    Finally is on Continuing Professional development. The world generally is a complex environment that requires one to continuously search for more information and knowledge to be able to remain relevant and effective in ones chosen career. Continuing professional development keeps one updated with latest skills and techniques of doing things within an established professional.

    In my own understand, and base on my experience as a site engineer, time management as well as Ethics and adherence to standard is very crucial in any project management because In the course of the project, time is of essence and also the quality of the project must never be trivialise.

  8. I am Ayobami Tosin Oyeyemi. Communication, Negotiation and Time management are important in my role as a Veterinary Technologist.
    I have to improve on Understanding the regulatory environment and Ethics and adherence to standards.

  10. Communication, Negotiation, Time Management, Ethics and Standards are very important in my place of work and the nature of my current job. Because I am exposed to the public, where different kinds of people with different characters come in, so the way and manner you communicate and tend to them give you more room for sales.
    Then time Management, I always make do with my time.
    Negotiation is one of the best part of my job. I don’t joke with it. And at the end it ends well.
    Ethics and Standards, I don’t joke with work Ethics, give me the breakdown rules and regulations then I act on it.
    But in the area of, Knowledge of the Regulatory environment and continual professional development is what I am working and looking out for. That’s the area where I have lapses and bridges of which I will definitely work on them.
