In my current role as a Team Leader at Nestlé Nigeria Plc, I oversee operations in the Processing Section of the Series Department, where we transform milled raw materials into finished products. I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and consistent product quality. I also monitor work progress, engage in daily operational review (DOR) meetings, and communicate key performance outcomes to management. Time management is essential to me, as I continually invest in professional development through relevant training and courses. Balancing these with my daily responsibilities requires effective planning to meet targets without compromising productivity.
