As a operations and customer service all the mentioned are essential for my job, i communicate with different customers on a daily and all negotiating all this is done in a timely manner and in an environment where both the customer and company are benefiting , however i still need to grow professionally that is to why i am trying to engage my self on gaining knowledgeable skills through learning

  2. As someone who works across different fields as a freelancer, I strongly believe that every skill holds value, regardless of one’s area of specialization. In my current role as a technical support specialist, I recognize that the key skills I need to strengthen are time management and a deeper understanding of the regulatory environment in project management. To improve, I plan to:

    1. Leverage productivity tools such as Trello, Asana, or Notion to organize tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.

    2. Adopt time-blocking techniques and set realistic daily goals to maximize efficiency.

    3. Stay updated on industry regulations by taking short courses, reading compliance guidelines, and following credible project management resources.

    4. Seek mentorship and peer collaboration, learning from professionals who have successfully navigated compliance and regulatory standards.

    By consistently applying these steps, I can bridge the gaps, become more effective in my role, and deliver greater value to any team or project I’m part of.

  3. Depending on the layer of interaction I may have, I find myself using or relying on communication, negotiations, time management and adherence to ethical standards.
    Although I ensure I remain in a state of constant learning, I do not actively seek continued professional development especially in a structured manner.

To ensure a win- win or mutual benefit in a contract negotiation and to boost productivity, i engage actively observing the principle of time management. And with ample knowledge of regulatory environment and keenly adhering to ethical and standard procedures while continuing in self or professional development to ensure efficiency.

    1. As a Virtual Assistant, considering a niche as a Project Manager VA, all six skills are essential for effective functioning. My gap at the moment is knowledge of the regulatory environment, and a bit on ethics and standards. I would want to find articles and courses for the same.
