  1. As a project manager in the educational sector, these skills are very important to me and I need to master them so that I can be effective in my duties.

  2. As a QA Engineer, Strong Communication is essential among the team, Time management and Continuous professional development. But I need to build my negotiation kill amd knowlge of the regulatory environment.

  3. Even though I am not a project manager, my role requires strong communication and time management skills to meet deadlines and work effectively with others. I am good at communication but need to improve in negotiation and understanding the regulatory environment. I plan to build these skills through continuous learning, training, and practical experience to improve my overall performance.

  4. As a project manager in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. These skills are relevant to me.Communication, Negotiation, Time management, Understanding the regulatory environment, Ethics and adherence to standards and Continual professional development. I am expected to communicate well with my team members and beneficiary of the project. Also, I need to continually develop myself professionally to be more valuable and relevant so as to contribute effectively to the management of nutrition projects.

  5. Well at present place of work, Time management is very crucial as well as communication, adhering to standards and negotiation, professional development is personal responsibility/requirement. As a person in my role I feel the need to sharpen my negotiation skills so as to help my client stay on budget and probably save some cash where possible, of course whilst still adhering to standards.

  6. As a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, one of my key duties is to understand, interpret, and integrate regulatory requirements into all stages of project planning and execution to ensure compliance, patient safety, and successful product delivery.

For my job as a program manager in the construction industry; Communication, Negotiation, Time management, Understanding the regulatory environment, Ethics and adherence to standards and Continual professional development are all essential for my job. I need to improve upon; Understanding the regulatory environment and Continual professional development . I can bridge this gap through continuous research into the industry trend.
