Refund Policy

1Eligibility

You qualify for a full refund if all the following conditions are met:

• Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days.
• You have completed no more than 20% of the course.
• You have not downloaded substantial course resources.
• Your account complies with DEXA’s Terms of Use.

2Other Refund Situations

Refunds may also be approved if:

• You were charged more than once.
• Your payment succeeded but access was never granted.
• A permanent technical issue prevents access to the course.

3Refunds Are Not Available If

• More than seven days have passed.
• You completed more than 20% of the course.
• You purchased the wrong course.
• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You no longer have time to study.
• Your expectations differ from the published course description.
• Your internet, browser or device caused the issue.
• There is evidence of fraud or abuse.

4How to Request a Refund

Please contact the DEXA Support Team and include:

• Your full name
• Email used for purchase
• Course name
• Payment receipt or transaction reference
• A short explanation of your request

5Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing usually begins within 2–5 business days, although banks or payment providers may take additional time.

6Course Cancellation

If DEXA cancels a course before it begins or cannot deliver it as promised, you will receive either:

• A full refund.
• Or the option to transfer your payment to another eligible DEXA course.
