b. Market Demand and Industry Rates: I will carry out a price range survey to know the fees VAs in my niche and region are charging. this will enable me stay grounded and remain competitive while ensuring my rates reflect the value of my services and as well my welfare.

1. To maintain effective communication with my clients as a VA I will have to communicate perfectly well in every form as its the key talent to posses to push me higher in my field of expertise.
ii. To maintain effective communication, it is very important that i maintain a high level of Professionalism and reliability by ensuring consistency in all my assigned task and also maintain prompt deadlines.

i. Listening and Acknowledgement; a good VA has to be equipped with the ability of Listening and patience; I would carefully listen to the concerns of my client and give my own feedback in a subtle way that doesn’t leave my client feeling discouraged for engaging my services.
ii. Taking ownership; As a VA taking responsibility for wrong situation is very essential, so when things are not properly in place to suit my client i will take responsibility and as well render apology where necessary.
iii. Offer Solution: As a VA i have to be calm and empathetic with my client and not be too rigid.
iv. Be efficient by responding promptly and get issues resolved quickly.
