    I. Client on boarding process: it is a vital step in effective client management. It help in good impression on clients. To make a client on boarding process, the use of CRM program like Dubsado is needed.
    II. Gathering of client information: the use of questionnaires features on CRM program, social questionnaires or blogging questionnaires. Client likes or dislikes can be acknowledged.
    If my client is dissatisfied I’ll:
    Look for ways forward by finding out what possible ways I’ve gone wrong by my acts of service and work towards it

    ◦ Effective Communication is key to maintaining positive relationships with clients. Poor communication can lead to misunderstandings, missed deadlines or have
    other negative impacts for the client.
    ◦ Setting realistic expectations for when projects can be completed.

    ◦ Display empathy and listen to client’s concerns. Admit to any mistakes made and then seek to collaborate with the client to find an agreeable solution. Any
    dissatisfaction can be mitigated by offering the client a discount for the service. It is important to follow-up with the client whilst implementing the agreed
    solution and, finally, to ensure that the client is happy with the outcome.
