Also, it is important to take note and pay attention to instructions for any given task, ask questions when necessary, and give relevant feedback when needed.

    Firstly, it is important to consider what niche the VA works under and then narrow the client list of personas in that direction. Knowing what area of specialization is in focus will direct the Virtual assistant on where to cast their net.

    Secondly, creating a list of personas can reduce the workload and ensure a specific set of persons are targeted and reached out to.

    Searching for clients greatly depends on what niche one specializes in. Each niche has a more dominant platform they occupy and engage actively and building focus in that direction will help narrow down the search for specific clients according to the area of specialization.

    For example, a social media manager will most likely get better clients on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok because these platforms host a lot of brands and businesses that are in constant need of people to manage their business accounts and grow sales.
