    The steps i will follow to deliver and achieve success, as a professional Email Management Virtual Assistant are:
    a. I will try to understand what my client needs and wants to achieve and also how often i will be given my feedbacks and updates, and also how i should reach out the fastest for urgent emails either through a personal email or privates chat.
    b. I will protect my clients email sign in passwords securely
    c. I will access the email carefully and study the frequent emails coming into my clients inbox, my clients sent emails and the achieved emails as a guide.
    d. I will set unread messages to appear first, so i do not miss any new and important or urgent email.
    e. I will create folders and labels if there was not any, or more to be my clients email very professional and easy to read at a glance.
    f. I will carefully sort through all emails and start moving emails to their appropriate label, adding individual color ribbons for easy identification such as attaching blue ribbon for important but not urgent emails, red ribbon for urgent emails, that is the kind of emails that require immediate action within 24 hours, purple ribbon for emails that should be achieved, grey ribbon for emails that can be delegated to authorized personnel, orange ribbon for newsletters, black ribbon for bills and so on
    g. I will always proofread before sending any reply, and will reply in my client or clients company’s tone or style if and where i am authorized and expected to reply.
    h. I will archive all messages that do not need any action such as internal updates, system updates, feedbacks form my clients customers.
    i. I will send in a summary report every 3 days, clearing showing progress, important emails, de-escalation emails, customer success and satisfaction emails, urgent emails that needs immediate actions, delegated emails to appropriate personnel, private emails and so on
