a. My chosen niche is under Travel and Bookings. By finding clients under the Tech industry who are always travelling to solve certain problems in certain areas would be a great place to start.

Calendar Management.
When managing a clients calendar, the first step is to communicate with them and get a list of their daily repetitive schedules. After adding this events in their calendar, keeping their time and making them clear enough to know what the events are about. The next step is to work with the client to organize the events that don’t occur repeatedly such as Travelling, Occasional Meetings and so on.

2 strategies for maintaining positive working relationships with clients is by gathering client’s information to understand their likes and dislikes. This will enable you to understand how the client works and how a clients like things to be done. You should store all client’s information by creating folders to organize client processes, SOPs, blog post, drafts, email. As a virtual assistant you should be proactive and set deadlines to meet up with project time frames.
B. How to address a situation where a client is dissatisfied with my work. Firstly I will listen to his reasons why he or she is dissatisfied then acknowledge their reasons and apologize for the inconvenience. I will proceed to asking questions so as to fully understand their reasons and also profer solutions if necessary. After providing solutions and handling the project to the client, I will follow up to see if the client is satisfied.
4 Two effective ways to find job as a virtual assistant is to network at events. It could be a physical or virtual event. Talk to people about your services during an event. A virtual assistant can create a referral system. This is where you offer a refer fee for any client brought to you. It could be gotten from an existing client, new clients, friends etc. Referral build trust in new clients as the person referring you has had an either a work experience or personal experience with you.

Tailored messages: niching will enable me to use tailored messages that’s relevant to my audience pain, shows my understanding of my clients’ pain point. This will build trust as my experience in relevant and relatable to their needs.
Target Audience: my target audience will be clients or prospect from a particular platform, industry or groups. This will enable me to focus my search on the industry of my chosen niche.
Specific job boards: I will focus on job boards or freelance platforms tailored to my niche as this will increase my chances of connecting with clients that needs my services .
5. Calendar management skill
B. Step-by-step process on how to perform this task for a client:
Tools: for this particular assignment, I will use Google calendar, savvy time but other tools like calendly, acuity can be used
Process: before I can start making calendar arrangements for my clients, I will need to look at the basic life of my client.
In put my clients’ basic life in the calendar which could be time for breakfast, lunch or brunch, dinner.
Break time or focus time of my client
I will then create templates for invite by creating event descriptions for a daily sync with my client.
Check for meeting conflict while Inputting meetings into the calendar and adjust anything that needs to be adjusted.
Also make confirmation on availability of both my clients and their customers and schedule the appointment in the scheduler.
Sync time and date with clients and their customers.
I will also check for time zone differences while working on the meeting time and date.
