    Calendly is a scheduling app and makes it simple to schedule prepare and follow up external meetings or appointment eliminating back and forth emails to arrive or find the perfect time.

    °Industry Trends: Looking at trends in the industry among other VAs can help you determine how high or how low your rates should be.
    °Livable wage: An estimate of one’s monthly expense such as rent, gas, feeding ve.t.c will determine how much one should charge to cover up his expense.
    °Level of expertise: The more experienced an individual is, the higher his rate will be because he has a specialized skill set.

    The importance of clear pricing structure is that it provides clarity for your clients to know if they can afford your services or not.

    To perform CALENDAR MANAGEMENT for my client, my tool of choice is GOOGLE CALENDAR. This is the step by step process I would take.
    i . Review and access what the clients recurring pattern might be.
    ii . Schedule an auto call or ask some questions to block off basic activities.
    iii. Plot out the events by time e.g sleep, lunch e.t.c
    iv . Plot out the business times e.g recurring meetings (daily, weekly) , clients monthly check in.
    v . Plot out break/focus times to block out all other activities.
    vi. Create templates for meetings using Chat GPT and double check the information to be sent out.
    vii. Check for conflicts or adjustments to be made.
    viii. Use Scheduler to book a meeting with employees.

    4. Reply to simple emails using templates approved by the client.
    5. Flag or forward important messages to the client.
    6. Check emails at set times daily to keep the inbox organized.

    I would use tools like Gmail filters, labels, and maybe Boomerang to schedule emails if needed. This helps the client save time and stay organized.
