    Next, I’d organize their calendar by creating separate calendars or color-coding events for different types of appointments. This would help them quickly identify and prioritize their commitments. I’d also set reminders and notifications to ensure they stay on track.

    To streamline the scheduling process, I’d use tools like Calendly or Google Calendar’s appointment scheduling feature. This would allow clients and other stakeholders to easily book time slots that work for everyone. I’d also coordinate with them to find suitable times for meetings and events.

    I’d take care of creating, editing, and canceling events as needed. I’d also send invitations and reminders to attendees to ensure everyone is on the same page.
