This definition is largely consistent with the definition of quality provided by APM (2019, p. 214):
The suitability for the intended purpose and the degree to which the output of a process or the process itself conforms to the requirements.

I agree with this definition Quality should be considered from the beginning of the project. Before the onset of any project, there should be goals, and of the goals should be to have a quality finished project that will make the customer to keep coming for more or request for your service, so to achieve that it should be discussed from the beginning of the the project to have a quality finished product or service.

The driving force of any project should be the satisfaction of the client and that can only be achieved by delivering quality. And because quality may mean different things to different people, the client’s need at that time becomes quality and as such must be prioritized.

As a PM, I will always consider quality at the conception of any project. The moment a project lacks quality, the deliverables might not meet the standards of the client, leading to loss of customer satisfaction.
Quality focuses on customer’s needs.Customer’s satisfaction is paramount in delivery any project. As a project manager, you should be able to meet the needs or expectations of the customer in order to make them happy and attract a positive review of your job.
Every customer, client wants value for their money, and some organizations sees to it that, the quality is given. That’s why some organizations stand out.
Yes, I agree with all that is said about quality! Put quality over money first, then charge for the quality you put ahead, your customers will always come back for more.
