This definition aligns with the viewpoint of Joseph Juran, who, in the 1950s, defined quality as ‘fitness for use’ (as quoted in ASQ, 2019).
This definition is largely consistent with the definition of quality provided by APM (2019, p. 214):
The suitability for the intended purpose and the degree to which the output of a process or the process itself conforms to the requirements.

Quality over Quantity, it should also be considered from the start of the project. Thinking as a consumer will also enable people do and think quality, because what you can’t take, shouldn’t be made for consumers.

Quality is the basic standard attached to a particular thing. In that case, a versatile project manager should always put quality first I everything.
Quality should be prioritized over quantity.
Quality should be introduced right from the inception of the project, during the process of the project and to the Finishing of the project, Quality adherence is Paramount and it is organization standards, satisfied client will always refer to the project delivery. so we quality should not be jeopardized.
Quality is the degree of standard placed on something. Quality should be considered for the project’s inception to the time of delivery.
Quality should be priotize at every stage of the project and its shouolud meet the organizational goal and customers satifaction.
