I believe quality should always prioritize the customer’s needs, as it is ultimately defined by how well a product or service meets expectations. To achieve this, quality must be considered from the very beginning of a project, not left until execution, even though the execution phase is crucial for translating plans into results. While internal processes are important, quality cannot be viewed only as an internal focus—it must align with external requirements as well. I also think quality issues should be openly discussed so that corrective actions can be taken early, rather than concealed, which only damages trust and creates bigger problems later. From my experience, most individuals are naturally motivated to produce high-quality outcomes when they are supported and recognized, so close supervision is not always necessary. Instead, fostering a culture of accountability and pride in work is what truly drives consistent quality.

Amongst the various statements as regards to quality, I agree with number 1 and 3.
Quality should prioritise the customers needs in other to keep a good and quality project manager so as your job should stand the test of time.
Also quality should be considered from project inception in other to have the best all round perfect work.
