  1. Critical thinking:thinking out of the box.
Ethical responsibility: Putting the project’s integrity first over personal own.
    Collaborative Problem-Solving Teamwork
    Integrity and Transparency
    Honesty and communication

  2. The following conduct was used to tackle ethical issues:
Selflesness, co-operation, Critical thinking, Honesty e.t.c
Karen and John exhibited team work and selflessness while collaborating to make the project a successful one Which makes them stand out anytime any day! I would say ‘kudos to them!’
Williams on the other hand, didn’t posess the above qualities but decided to do things his own way having his colleagues left out and this is very unethical of him.

  3. The following professional conducts were used to tackle ethical problems.

    1. Proper communication and teamwork.
    2. Critical thinking.
    3. Being a lovable “hard ass”.
    4. Honesty.
    5. Active learning and research.
    6. Laser-focused on goals.

  4. William did not exhibit team work coupled with his lack of communication skills.
Karen may have exhibited some sincerity of thoughts and openness which is key to team building.
Eventually it was good to see that team effort between John and Karen prevailed. They had the interest of the project uppermost in mind and engaged in spirit of collaboration, problem solving and communication skills.

  5. Williams should have involved John well enough in his work, almost totally worked in isolation with john having little or no knowledge of what he did which is very unethical. on the other hand Karren initially started working with her emotions which she later switched and worked critically in sort of a team work that led to the breakthrough they had at the end of the day.

  6. Williams worked in isolation and that poses unethical in a work schedule, he didn’t carry John along rubbing minds with him to achieve a better result which led to the outcome he got.
Karen on the other hand worked more emotionally than critically.

    Skills used:
Team work and collaboration between John and Karen brought about a synergy that produced a more better results.
