  1. The difference perspectives and views between John and William initially created uncertainty. However, Karen and John collaboration showcased the value of teamwork, research and effective communication. By utilizing these skills, Karen and John were able to identify and address gaps, ensure accuracy and completeness to move forward to the next stage.

  2. In this scenario, there was doubt between team mates about the engagement report. The report negated some key indicators that every report should have.

    Key skills that came into play were team work, research, effective communication.

    1. The issues were lack of clear communication about engagement report. Lack of accountability about issues found in the report and how it will affect project. The skills used to help bring ethics into decision used were. Critical thinking, problem solving skills, research skills and collaboration.

William was so driven to move the company forward and make it big without considering what was at stake. karen who was keen had to collaborate with john to solve the matter on ground.

  8. It’s good to want to drive a project forward, but when possible risks and pitfalls are either not identified or overlooked, the quest is futile.
    There was lack of communication on the part of William, an I would say cheating, which could lead to loss of lives if the project execution had life threatening components.
    Karen showed strong communication, collaboration (with another firm) and critical thinking skills to identify possible risks and rectify them before they rear up.

  9. William was eager to push the project forward, and didn’t care for the accuracy of the engagement results. Karen, on the other hand, showed strong communication and teamwork skills. She took initiative, spotted the risks early, and didn’t hesitate to voice her concerns to John. Her leadership helped guide the team toward a solution. Though she and John eventually worked together to fix the problem, the initial lack of collaboration exposed weaknesses in the team dynamic.

Williams was just concerned about the next big stage for the project which is still good but timing was wrong. The team lacks collaboration. Williams also did not communicate properly to john.
