  1. In this case, the major problem is lack of communication, both parties have different point of views and different ways of addressing issues
There was lack of teamwork, they didn’t give each other listening hears which was not helping them.

  2. John was a good PM but trust William opinion about the project but William was not transparent about his research but due to good observation and communication skills Karen possessed she was able to negotiate and convince John to do a personal research on the project and with team work they were able to come up with a good map out plan for the project

  3. Williams was not transparent, he went ahead to get a report without informing the company and also John and Karen.
Karen who was on probation and desperately wants to keep her job didn’t say anything but she reached out to John and after several brainstorming they were able to figure things out.
    Lack of communication
    Lack of transparency
    Lack of Team work

  4. Question
Can you pinpoint a few instances of professional conduct highlighted in this scenario? Reflect on the skills employed to integrate ethical considerations into the decisions made by the individuals involved. Can you recognize them?
    Answer
    1. The communication and organizing of a meeting between both parties to discuss the flow of the project
    2. The use of research before concluding on a matter
    Skills employed were:
    1. Communication skills: Karen was not pleased with the plan, as it was too perfect, but she found a way to communicate her thoughts about it, only to find out that John had the same thoughts too. With this, they were able to discuss and find relevant solutions to the project without having to terminate it due to rising issues.
    2. Research skills: Karen and John did some research about the opinion research team and found out about a global company they work for. They reached out to this company to find out more about the research for the project and found there were some issues with the reviews. It helped them to go over the plan again so as to plan better before the next step is implemented.

  5. Lack of Team work, lack of communication, but coming together as a team of two they were able to resolve the problem as a Team, Team work is an essential part of a project

  6. The issue was lack of effective communication and each person’s having a different view about the project. But it’s interesting how William and John sat over it, discussed and made research that scale through the problem

  7. This scenario highlights the ethical risks of cutting corners and flouting good practices in research and reporting
Critical thinking, open communication, collaboration and taking initiatives were keys that helped correct a flawed situation and ensure decisions aligned with professional values as honesty, responsibility and respect for stakeholders

  8. The core problem there was lack of quality communication and lack of transparency but in the end, they came together to solve the problem. so definitely, team work, good communication and transparency helped them in the end.

  9. From the Case Study Scenario, I think John and William have different views and opinions about the project. But at the long run, John and Karen were able to join heads together to see that the project is done. This shows the power of collaboration ( Teamwork), Research and effective communication.

  10. Well, I think Everyone has their own point of view regarding this issue, but what karen did was good to see that they could collaborate with other organization to foster the project and also brought john in. This could be a good way to deliver the project
