As a project Manager, having the patience to listen and deliberate on solutions, avoiding mis guided advices, make Checks and balances on required situations where there is a need , managing the contributions from your team.. it helps to know what further action to take at any stage of the project.
Clear communication between John and Willaims wasn’t addressed at first and this caused a delimma between them while Karen was trying to maintain her head as she was new in the organisation, later on found a way to bring the issues she spotted was wrong with the plan that John brought up. And together they were able to find the solution.
As Project Manager, I multitask that’s being able to do many things at stipulated time that brings about Time management. All skills I have learnt I’m ready to put them to use and be master in my craft
I think there wasn’t proper cooperation and communication between John and William
But in Karen’s pov we can see how her and John cooperated and communicated with their other colleagues and realised their goal
John, the project manager was skeptical about the reports and feedback as it does not meet the company standards, and since he didn’t map out the objectives and what the results should be like he didn’t wan t to make an assumption to the report but to ensure his findings and outcomes are transparent before moving to the next phase of the project.
Some couple of issues of professional conducts observed in the scenario are those of; Mutual understanding, Effective collaboration, problem solving. And the skills needed to bring these ethics into decisions are that of Effective communication and leadership skills.

In my opinion, they were considering the standard they have been following but couldn’t communicate well but along the line, they could communicate effectively, had some negotiations and were able to come up with solution.
