In this scenario, inclusivity, communication, and teamwork were clearly missing. William took on the work and expected John to simply follow along without proper involvement or discussion. Karen was also not transparent enough to inform John about the progress that had already been made. Altogether, this highlights how essential clear communication is for any project manager and for the success of a project.
Karen should had told John of her opinion of how she saw his work for the project without being too empathetic on her point of view. And William should had communicated with John on the progress of the project each step of the way without leaving him in the dark.
Karen faces an ethical dilemma:
Speak up and risk damaging relationships or her career
Stay silent and allow flawed data to influence major project decisions
Timely communication should be one of the paramount ethics in organizations, from the scenario,l think there was no timely communication, which now affect the actions of teammates

Thank you for your sharing. I am worried that I lack creative ideas. It is your article that makes me full of hope. Thank you. But, I have a question, can you help me?
Karen’s fear of sharing her opinion with John with the fear of affecting their relationship.
1. Lack of inclusivity, as evidenced by William’s approach and expecting John to go on with analysing and commenting on the results.
Poor communication and openness, highlighted by Karen’s fear of sharing her opinions with John due to concerns about affecting their relationship.
2. Problem solving skills and communication skills.
Ethical practices and values were all lacking, Williams was not ready to share much information and Carry John along the course of the project for some reasons, Karen was skeptical about giving her honest review on the work John had done. This brings us to say that Communication is a very important skill of a PM.
