Taking an interative aprroach in setting up a projects allow for feedback from the users, more involvement of the stakeholders, flexibility and adaptability , time management. However, it should be noted that interative approach is more suited for building a website projects, projects that involves constant respond from the end user so as to improve efficiency and functionality of the products. In iterative method, management role is more of leadership rather than control because the team is set up to control, command and manage itself.
