  1. As an executive assistant, I have developed a clear line of reporting and I ensure clarity in my reporting to dispel any ambiguity. I also try to be as detailed as possible especially when reporting bad news. I try to break the communication down to departmental level by explaining same to them according to how it affects and concerns them that way, before the bad new is broken down in the stakeholders meeting, the process of amending the issues is already in motion and as such the supposed bad new effects will be reduced and the main discussions will now be ways of alleviating or turning around the bad situation. P

    1. Communication is very essential in all aspects of humans life.
      As a Diplomat holder in welding and joining technologies; Communication is very very vital. Communication is key to success, as a project manager, must hold this tool in high esteem. Through it, we sustain our success as project managers.

  2. It is an underlying principle that it is not possible not to communicate in project implementation process because of change in order or in case of political or economic even structural adjustment exigences

    1. Writing down communication plans to know how to talk to different stakeholders at what point in time and what the key messages are is very important in communication.

      Also, being in regular contact with stakeholders.

  8. Regular communication with the stakeholders is important. Setting up a plan on how each stakeholders will be met,and making sure the time scheduled for these stakeholders works well for them. The process of the project will be communicated in details so they’re not left out of the project’s process.

This would involve creating a well-structured timeline that allocates sufficient time for individual stakeholders, as well as organizing regular collective meetings to address progress updates, challenges, and potential solutions. Additionally, I would emphasize the importance of maintaining consistent communication with the ground staff, who play a crucial role in monitoring and advancing the project. Transparency and adaptability would be key principles guiding my choice of communication style, ensuring that it aligns with the specific circumstances and requirements of each situation.

    1. communication is a key tool in the success or the failure of any project. It is very important to ensure that while communicating with stakeholders, clients etc, that we are able to extract feedback that will aid in the progress of any given project. in doing this we need to develop different communication strategies such as regular standup meetings with the project team to monitor the progress of the project, write down the plan for the meeting with stakeholders, don’t be afraid to bring bad news and also solutions to issues to the discussion table .

      1. Effective communication is vital for every project manager as it gives room for progress throughout the project. As a PM you have to communicate with all your team’s and take note of their feedbacks, this way you will be able to succeed in the project.

        1. When it come to Project Management, communication is very important and a key tool in the success or the failure of the project. It is important and you must ensure that while communicating with all stakeholders, (those who matters in the project).when all those involved understand the whole concept of the project it make the project moved smoothly and on time. Because all parties are involved. In doing this we need to develop different approaches to the communication strategies such as:
          1. Regular face to face meetings with the project team to monitor the progress of the project.
          2. We need to write down the plans for the meeting with stakeholders.
          3. We should not be afraid to bring bad news and also solutions to issues to the discussion table . With that all parties will be very happy and it will work within schedule.

          1. Effective communication is key in any industry you find yourself and as a Project Manager, it is one skill you need to master excellently. In my own organizational context, I would apply the strategy of the second man.
            Tailoring my communication style to fit different stakeholders would go a long way to carry everyone along and maintain their commitmen to the project. Being able to do this excellently would make it easier when critical issues arises. You know how to communicate bad news to each stakeholders diffrently because you already tailored your communication style for each person which makes problem or critical issues analysis and solving easier for you.

          2. As a project manager, communication is key. Make a plan of the information you want to pass to the stakeholders and the manner in which the information would be passed. Not all information should be passed in a board meeting. You can take out time and meet with the stackholders individually to discuss certain issues and how to get them solved.
