We have a command chain of communication where report from the project manager is passed to the architect and then to the stakeholders. Reports are made daily at regular intervals : at the commencement of work, during break and at close of work. Reports can either be written, through a dedicated channel on social media where pictures and also provided or through calls

Adapting communication to different types of stakeholders within my organization involves tailoring my messaging to meet the specific needs, interests, and preferences of each group.
Identify Stakeholder Groups: identifying the different stakeholder groups within my organizations which are internal stakeholders such as employees, managers, and departments, as well as external stakeholders such as readers, advertisers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand the unique needs, interests, and communication preferences of each stakeholder group.
Tailor Messaging and Channels: Oncei understand the preferences of each stakeholder group, tailor your communication messages and channels accordingly. I use language and terminology that resonate with each group and choose communication channels that they are most likely to engage with.
Adapt Tone and Style: Adjust the tone and style of communication to suit the preferences of each stakeholder group. For example, as a media organization, we have different ways of communicating with each age group, Gen Z language is different from millennials language. You can decide if communicating in a formal or informal way is better with the stakeholders and colleagues or employees
Constant communication:
Schedule regular meetings with stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress.
Encourage open communication through email, phone, or project management tools.
Adapting communication styles:
For an action-oriented stakeholder, provide brief, concise updates and focus on progress and next steps.
For an analytical stakeholder, provide detailed reports and data to support project decisions.
Communication is an important aspect of managing a project and even life in general. Knowing how to communicate effectively will go a long way to determining how successful a project will be
Working and bonding as a team only happens when you can identify your communication style, know how to talk to different stakeholders at different point in time, consider the method of your communication so everyone can work effectively.
