Effective communication is paramount for the success of every project. It is important to keep clients updated with the process to ensure you’re on the same page with clients. It’s also very important to work together with team mates in order to improve productivity.

Communication is the live wire of any society. If a project will be fine then proper and timely communication is essential.
It is important as a project manger to communicate efficiently with stakerholders even with team members without it the project success will be hard to be removed

Communication on all Business / project is very key as it also brings about clarity and also transparency between the project manager , Clients and stakeholder/ Project team, and then the feedback after communication also helps the Pm understand that everyone involved in the project are on same page and they support every changes or funds that might be needed in the project.
I’m currently the project manager for planting plantation done by a group of friends. From the lessons I’m receiving here, I’m optimistic to handle their work more efficient and effective more especially in the area of communicating with them(stakeholders).
Communicating with stakeholders can be drawn and balanced from all aspect and ways;
Sketching a good communication and information models to get feedback, all communication representation should be well drafted to connect team members together, whether via oral, written or through social media platforms.
A PM should be more analytical, strategic and logical in innovative and planning techniques.
A PM must be able to use good communication to put into usage all resources available for effective usage and stakeholders satisfaction.
A PM must be swift to addressing issues and putting every situation under checks and balances.
A PM should implore ways to address most stakeholders individually or personally before bringing most information to the table.
A PM should critically analyze all methods and systems and ensure that it meets shareholders standard of requirement before implementing them.
A PM should organize good communication platforms to keep abreast with stakeholders.
In as much as communication is a necessary tool and characteristic for project management, it is also essential to take note of the fact that as a project manager, you must be sensitive on how to present issues to the team such that it doesn’t result to disputes that could possibly tear the team apart. as a project manager, it is your duty to keep the team together. Also, as stated by one of the project managers in the video, we should know how to present bad news to the team. it is a very essential thing to take note of, so we don’t end up discouraging the entire team.
Communication is a key tools as a project Manager.
It’s bridge the gap between the client,team and stakeholders.
Through communication issues can be resolved in time.
It makes the project manager to get feedback.
Without communication brings issues between the client or stakeholder,it can also makes the PM to lose the project.As PM you must have a communication plan.

As the project gets on the way, it’s necessary to keep an open door to communication with the team, the client the sponsor, etc. This is to ensure that all are carried along,ensure commitment on both sides to the completion of the project, and assure the project sponsors that their needs will be met by the project
Constant and effective communication with the stakeholders is very essential. Planning on to individual stakeholders, and making sure the time scheduled for these stakeholders works well for them. The process and principle of the project will be communicated in details so they’re not lost in the project’s process.
As a project manager, communication is an important skill. Communication will be effective if you choose a better channel or a better method of communication considering your team, language to be used.
Always ready to embrace bad news.
For me, a planned and written down communication guide will be the best so as to have a focus and a better result.
