Some strategies in communication that can help is having a constant communication with the client and project teams,Taking into consideration the nature/personality of the person in front of you, getting proper feedback from stakeholders, having proper reports presented at meetings that have been scheduled ensuring that any issues that arise are properly and promptly addressed, don’t be afraid of bringing bad news rather ensure proper homework on the issue is carried out before tabling it and if possible proffer a solution.
The better we communicate our goals and plan for change, the more people will understand the vision and be likely to support the change efforts. Strategy is important: Who, why, and how? Communication should focus on programmatic goals. Plans for communication should be practical and doable.

Also, they must be informed of any bad news, though individually and the possible solutions outlined to address them. Of importance is my regular communication with my project team. They need to be abreast with whatever adjustments and changes made on the project and what must be done to effect them without altering the project scope and deadline. My company management, 3drd party contractors, local authorities ang host communities must also be included in the chain of stakeholders to communicate with.
