In my organization context, understanding the value of feedbacks through a 2 – way communication is key for Project reporting, monitoring and evaluation at the end of the prject
Communication is very essential when engaging with state holders at all levels so that they know their role and deliverables in every step of the project and the project manager should provide feedback to stakeholders in a timely manner
Through out my study for this one thing stands out. This has ben reemphasized, Communication is key. Both to your clients and to your team
As a project manager, communication is one of the most important skills needed in order to pass information and gain success in project management. Also without good communication there will be a barrier in gaining investment and convincing people on your business ideas.
As a project manager communication is the most important skill needed. Giving constant reports to the client or sponsors and also checking in regularly with the team members for updates as regards task execution and deadlines.
Communication is key in project management. As a project manager, you need to always be in contact with stakeholders and make plans on how to interact with them. This communication is key to foreseen problems during the project. Don’t be afraid to bring Negative feedback to a meeting, but be strategic about it ( meaning speak to other colleagues before making the decision).
Communicating with Stakeholders:
Communication skills are one of the most important skills to have as a project manager. You need to be able to give information smoothly to all the stakeholders involved in the project.
Communication is very important and I recently came to acknowledge the need for a communication plan in every project. In some cases, there’s a lot of information sources in the team and project, some contradictory, causing confusion in the project when not perfectly aligned. The factor of timelines in communication can also not be underestimated. Untimely communication is as good as bad news.
