Sponsors and line managers often control budgets, personnel, and other resources.
Regular updates ensure they remain committed to providing the necessary support.
3. Early Identification of Risks and Issues
Open communication helps stakeholders flag potential risks or obstacles early.
Enables proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation.
Communicating clearly on time line of the project , financial implication of the project and meeting stakeholders individually in time of challages.
