A a project manager,there should be a means of communication between the project manager and the stakeholders for the growth and betterment of the management.
Communication is key in project management and as such should be a constant between stakeholders. You should not be afraid to communicate and share information with stakeholders whether good or bad. However, certain information should not be passed to everyone at once in a sitting, rather it should be discussed with individuals first before bringing it to the general house to avoid shock among stakeholders.
