Communicating with Stakeholders; what works for me as a Logistics/Material Coordinator, is to constantly Reporting on work activities/stages, as the project progresses to the particular stakeholder. Written down Plan of communication before any meeting or physical engagement with stakeholders is also key for me.

  2. The keys in communicating with stakeholders are

    Having a constant communication with them and ensuring it is clearly aligned and consistent (it must be up to date).
    Having a written down communication; write the plans you have in mind.

    You need to care about them,Do not be afraid of bringing a bad news to the table but make sure you plan on a solutions to go about it.

    The key is Constant communication to be sure you’re up-to-date with your clients

    Have a written communication plan so you know how to relate with stakeholders at a given time

    Communication is one of the keys to solving a problem

  4. Communication is very vital when dealing with people.
    As a customer service representative, communication is very important . I need to plan the way I communicate with my customers to avoid misunderstanding.
    My communication style is very important too, as customer service representative I must communication in a way that it will be easy for customers to assimilate .
    Reporting: is very important cause help to work on customers demand. To know the area in which the company need to work on.

  5. Effective communication is one of the essential skills required for a project manager,this enables her pass the necessary information to the team members.
    In my organizational context getting the detail of what needs to be communicated written down serves as a guide in reaching out to different stakeholders.

  6. Effective communication is crucial for success. Here are is my contribution on achieving success at my workplace:

    1. Regular Team Meetings: Holding daily or weekly meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share updates, and address challenges.
    2. Open-Door Policy: Encouraging team members to approach leaders or colleagues with questions, concerns, or ideas.
    3. Feedback Sessions: Scheduling regular feedback sessions to discuss progress, provide constructive feedback, and set goals.

    Fostering a culture of open feedback to ensure that communication strategy is effective and meets the needs of the team.

  7. Here’s my thought on communication.

    Communication remains a very important aspect in our daily activities and plays a pivotal role in project management as it enables effective work administration and forsters understanding between the project management team and stake holders. Few of the importance of communication includes:
    1. Ensures stakeholders receive accurate, timely information
    2. Prevents misunderstandings and miscommunications
    3. Builds trust and credibility with stakeholders
    4. Facilitates collaboration and teamwork
    5. Helps manage expectations and conflicts

  8. Considering my role as a Training Technology Administrator (TTA), I find Strategy 2: Planning Communication in Advance to be particularly relevant.

    This approach enables me to proactively manage communication with various stakeholders, tailoring my communication style to each group’s needs.

    By doing so, I can foster more effective collaboration, reduce misunderstandings, and enhance training outcomes.

    I intend to apply this strategy to better navigate the complex communication landscape in my organizational context, ensuring that technology integration supports learning objectives efficiently.

  9. Communication is the bedrock of every project. It is always necessary to have a written plan for your communication with the stakeholders, this will help you tailored your communication to suit the person you are communicating with. Also presenting an accurate data and evidences ahead of your discussion with stakeholders will gives them confidence that you’re prepared and have the capacity to handle the project.
