  1. Communication with stakeholders is important in fostering projects as a PM.
    To do this effectively, you have to understand your audience, what communication language they speak and tailor your communication style to each stakeholder.
    The easier they get and understand information passed, the better for your project

  2. To be effective in communicating with stakeholders, PM should try as much as possible to be transparent and precise in the communication process.

    1. Regular Progress Updates: Keep parents and guardians informed about students’ progress through regular reports, parent-teacher conferences, and online portals.
    2. Transparency in Decision-Making: Communicate school decisions, policies, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring they understand the reasoning behind them. This involves communication with team members on the field that keeps the project manager abreast with recent developments or changes.
    3. Clear and Concise Language: Use simple, straightforward language in communications, avoiding jargon and technical terms that might confuse stakeholders. Focus on key messages and the target audience.
    Effective communication is essential in school organizations. By adopting these strategies, educators can promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and mutual understanding.

  5. For an effective and continued communication to stakeholders, through out a project life cycle, make the following submission:

    1. Determine stakeholders and their influence.
    2. Develop a Plan by Setting objectives, scope, and timeline.
    3. Share project progress, goals, and challenges.
    4. Investigate and adapt to each stakeholder’s needs.
    5. Foster open communication and collaboration.
    6. I would also gather feedback and make adjustments.

  6. Communication is paramount in this regards as it gives you the opportunity to know how and/or what changes you are to relay to the third party from your everyday interactions with the stakeholders. Like change in pattern or design, extra or new ideas to be infused into the existing one.

The first speaker talked about constant communication : in this case constant communication to the team as a project manager Is adviced he used this method in bringing out the best in the team and the project.communicating with the stakeholders of what is going on ,on the project or the sponsor which is also one of the stakeholders can create what is is called trust to you as the project manager and to your team .
    Second speaker said as a project manager don’t be afraid to communicate to the team or the stakeholders when things has gone wrong.

  8. From the video, it’s obvious that constantly communicating with your stakeholders can never be overemphasized. They need to be kept abreast at all times. It’s also important to plan what you’re communicating in advance and tailor your communication style to the person (s) in front of you.

  9. The key in communicating with stakeholders is; having daily communication with client, as to know of new developments in the project and the need for new equipments or more finances. Also tailor your communication style to the person in front of you. It’s important to get feedbacks after every meeting with stakeholders.
