To communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, a good project manager has to tailor his/,her communication styles to the person before him/her .

As a project manager, i must be open minded in communication and very clear in communicating with my clients and stakeholders.
In case of any changes proposed in the course of the project, I have to ensure I discuss the effect of such changes with the right stakeholders to be sure the cost implication of the changes does not affect the project delivery nor the time schedule of the project.
As a Project manager, I must have a clear and precisely written communication plan that discusses all the relevant aspects of the project. This should include plans to also get active feedback from the stakeholders.
In case of any changes proposed in the course of the project, I have to ensure I discuss the effect of such changes with the right stakeholders to be sure the cost implication of the changes does not affect the project delivery nor the time schedule of the project.
I cannot afford not to bring bad news to the table and also proffer possible solutions to the stakeholders. In this case, I must have already communicated concerns with the individual stakeholders before bringing them to the forum.
Moreover, I would tailor my communication style to fit the stakeholder I am working with as the second instructor rightly said.
As a project manager, there should be a daily communication with your clients. Updating them of the progress and probably challenges you’re facing.
As a project manager, you should not be afraid of sharing bad news to your stakeholders. But in doing that don’t drop it as a bombshell in a general meeting, instead tell them individually so that when the general meeting happens, a solution can emerge.
As a PM, one should have a flexible style of communication and just like the second instructor said, tailor your communication style to fit the person you are working with.
As a project manager, effective communication with stakeholders is crucial to project success. In my organizational context, I’ve found that tailoring my message to each stakeholder group, providing regular updates and progress reports, and actively listening to their concerns and needs are essential strategies.
These approaches help me build trust, manage expectations, and ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. By adapting my communication style to the unique needs and interests of each stakeholder group, I can foster a collaborative environment and drive project success.

Be transparent and provide timely information.
Use multiple communication channels.
Listen actively and respond thoughtfully.
Be responsive and provide regular updates
Show appreciation for stakeholders’ support.
Foster relationships through regular communication and mutual respect.
You can establish effective communication, foster strong relationships, and drive successful outcomes by doing all these.

To be an effective PM. You have to learn how to communicate effectively with your stakeholders for clarification and to clear unskeptical doubt among stakeholders. You have to be concise and brief in your communication style.
