Communication between Project managers and stakeholders is very important to achieve a success in any given project.
Effective communication is key in my role, and the strategies discussed by the project managers in the video align with my experience:
Tailoring Communication: I adjust my communication style based on the stakeholder. For technical teams, I focus on facts, while for emotional clients, I use empathy. For innovative stakeholders, I align the project with their vision.
Transparency and Regular Updates: Regular communication helps manage expectations and keeps stakeholders engaged, especially in my role at MTN Ghana where clients need timely updates on technical or billing issues.
Handling Difficult Conversations: When delivering bad news, I ensure I have solutions ready to maintain confidence and show proactivity.
Feedback Loops: Daily feedback and updates keep the project on track and help mitigate risks by involving stakeholders in the process.
In summary, clear communication, transparency, and handling tough conversations are essential strategies in my role.

Communication between a project Manager and Project sponsor is important of a successful project and as such the project manager must not afraid of bringing bad news to the table because this will enable the project sponsor to know what is going on and at the same time the project manager must have have few solutions to the bad news
Effective communication between a project manager and all stakeholders both internally and externally is vital. Communication is one of the keys to enabling project managers to foresee problems. Also ensure the project is in line with schedule time.
Effective communication between a project manager and stakeholders is critical to project success. It is essential to engage all stakeholders, both internal and external, by keeping them informed and involved throughout the project.
Effective communication is an integral part of Project Management. A project manager should be able to observe and know his stakeholders to know the best way to communicate with them.
A high level of emotional intelligence to discern the personality of the stakeholder and team is vital to aid proper flow of communication and perfecting its stages. This will help the healthy project flow and task goal achieved.

If a stakeholders is analytical, the project manager should speak with facts, if the stakeholders is innovative, the project should speak with inspiration, if the stake holders is emotional, the project manager should speak with care etc.
In all of these, let the right kind and amount of information needed to foster the right action be passed.
It’s also important to note that the project manager should not be scared of bringing bad news to the table so long as is not his first conversation with stakeholders, and he has his options figured out.
As a project manager, communication is an essential aspect of managing projects. It helps keep everyone update and make sure end goals are still very aligned.
Personally, I think the best communication method is tailoring the communication to each person. It can be time consuming but it helps everyone understand to the highest level of understanding.
