Daily and timely information to clients should not be over emphasized. If not promptly the client will be left out, and funding might be a major issue to complete the project if the client is not informed of new challenges or achievements to make provision for the next phase or the challenge
In my own opinion,I believe a project manager communication skills with the client or stakeholders should be regular. There should be constant communication should Incase there’s any new changes, ideas or plans so the client won’t be left out. The project manager should draft or have a communication plan to help communicate some important words.Commuication plan serves as a form of guide lines to pass important information to the client.
As been emphasized, communication is the key to project management, as regards to my line of work, early communication is very important and always carrying the sponsors along does it for me.
Regardless of that, I really love one of the tip by the third speaker who said “When the is a complex hiccup in the project, don’t drop it straight on the forum, you can engage the stakeholders in a one on one conversation addressing the issue, so it won’t be a bombshell when you later discuss on the forum.
Communication is important to explain and let sponsors know how project is going and how the project would be achieved with time consideration and managing financial resources well , Also communication is important to report to client and let client know how project is going and client thought or feedback on what client do observe or thinks needs to be amend , and making sure to communicate well to able to lead team members well and making sure team members are making to consider time in tasks given and making sure stakeholders know how project is going and their contributions to project
In my own context as a project manager, I believe the following strategies will work well:
i. having a stakeholder map and adjusting the positions of the individual stakeholders as necessary over the duration of the project.
ii. modifying the style of communication according to the party being addressed.
iii. daily communication with the project team and
iv. getting feedback to see if I am being effective in getting the right level of information across.
As a Project Manager communication skills with your stakeholders should be regular, critical issues should be highlighted clearly to preserve the commitment of the stakeholders.
communication to the stakeholders should be in a way that is easy to understand, use and enhance their engagement with the project.

Communicating with stakeholders in a public setting requires a strategic approach to ensure that the message is clear, effective, and reaches the intended audience. Here are some of the best ways to communicate with stakeholders in a public setting:
Identify Key Stakeholders: Before communicating with stakeholders, it’s essential to identify who they are. Know the target audience and understand their needs, concerns, and interests.
Transparency: Maintain transparency in the communication. Share relevant information openly and honestly, especially if it concerns the project’s progress, challenges, or setbacks.
Clear Messaging: Develop clear, concise, and jargon-free messages. Use plain language that is easy for the public to understand, especially if the subject matter is technical.
Multiple Communication Channels: Utilize a variety of communication channels to reach different stakeholders. This can include town hall meetings, community forums, websites, social media, newsletters, email, and traditional media (TV, radio, newspapers).
Engagement Activities: Organize engagement activities such as public meetings, workshops, focus groups, or surveys to involve stakeholders directly in the decision-making process.
Media Relations: Build relationships with local media outlets and reporters. A positive media presence can help disseminate information to a wider audience.
Community Liaisons: Appoint community liaisons or representatives who can serve as a bridge between the project team and the community. These individuals can help build trust and facilitate communication.
Feedback Mechanisms: Establish clear channels for stakeholders to provide feedback, such as dedicated email addresses, comment forms, or hotline numbers.
