As a project manager,I will identify who my stakeholders are, communicate with my team, those with high influence and interest.i will make sure I communicate effectively ranging from progress report to changes in work,I will make sure I communicate the goal of the project, timeline and budget needed to complete the project.
As a project manager, I would document all my project plans, understand each of my team members and stakeholders, update them of every professional from time to time and also get their feedback so they don’t get discouraged but know we’re all one team.
In order to make this okay, I would also ensure that communication is open ended both good and bad information are shared.

As a project manager in a property management firm, I would document all my project plans i.e from site survey to marketing and managing of the property, understand each of my team members and stakeholders e.g the masons, the plumbers, the architects, the property owner etc update them of every progress from time to time and also get their feedback so they don’t get discouraged but know we’re all one team.
In order to make this okay, I would also ensure that communication is open ended both good and bad information are shared while also ensuring that we work with the property owners budget.

In PPP projects, where multiple stakeholders with varying interests collaborate, effective communication is not just a skill but a necessity. By maintaining clear, structured, and strategic communication across all levels, I contribute to minimizing risks, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving successful project execution. My continuous improvement in communication enables me to navigate challenges, build stronger partnerships, and support the long-term success of PPP initiatives.
