When having communication with any of the stakeholders, you should tailor your communication talents with the person (s) Infront of you. If the person is action oriented, you have to be fast, direct and active in communication. You should work on a realistic time schedule when talking with the stakeholders of the project. Don’t be afraid to bring bad news to the table but not on the first meeting because, it’s like dropping a bomb shell at the beginning of a project.
