Communication is very important as a project manager and very effective when dealing with stakeholders as it ensures that their needs and expectations are met and critical issues are resolved. It is also important to note that a project manager doesn’t need to be afraid to be a bearer of bad news but should also have solutions, having analysed all options
Constant communication and a proper way of relating information to and from the Stakeholders and project team members is a very important skill every Project manager should possess. How you properly relay project progress and solutions to everyone inside and outside the project team is your niche for leading them always.
Communication is key in every organization. In my field as medical laboratory science student, who deals and converse with people every day, I feel the strategy that works best for me is preparing the communication list or pattern ahead of time. And when there is a problem that has to be brought to the stakeholders, using the approach of the last man is the best as this would reduce chaos, confusion and also save time. There is a possibility that it would make it easier to find solution as each person must have have deliberated on the issue at at hand, and possibly thought of a solution ahead of the meeting day.
As a project manager it is advisable to list out the thyme, and the purpose of your communication to your stake holder so they will be convinced of what you are dealing with , and the process you want to follow it’s important to show the objective of the projects, the scope and the target goal for the project
As a project manager, good communication is key to project success. This involves listening carefully to team members and stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, sharing information clearly to avoid misunderstandings and also keeping everyone updated on progress.
Looking at my profession which is Nutrition, I have to convince Stakeholders ranging from Sponsors to Government officials, to clients/patients and the general public.
I must look for the best way to tailor my communication to suit my stakeholders and also be in regular contact with them to know situation of things or issues that they might be facing
Communication is the basic skill a project manager should possess, clear and effective communication to the stake holders and the team brings clarity and enables trust.
I also discovered that a project manager should not be afraid to talk about the problems, they should be open and clear.
A project manager needs to know when communication changes. Communication should be properly planned with a good communication style. A good communication helps to see problems ahead and find solutions. A project manager should also let others understand the level of progress and shouldn’t be afraid to bring them to the party.
As a project manager, you should learn to get a written communication plan
In my organization, we make plans on how we communicate with our stakeholders since individuals are different in processing things so we know how to respond to each stakeholder for proper understanding.
Also constant communication, As a very action-oriented project manager you should be quick and fast in dealing with your stakeholders.as a project manager you should be very analytical in dealing with your stakeholders you have to bring evidence and data with you to back up what you’re saying , and as an oriented project manager you need to be people oriented show that you care, you also need to inspire them.
Lastly, reporting is key to make sure everyone understands the level of progress on the project particularly if some key risks or problems need to be escalated elsewhere in the organization for support

As a project manager, the technique that will best work for me are :
1. communicating with client/sponsor to get a clear understanding of what they want.
2. Giving progress report of work.
3. Tailoring my report to best fit client/sponsors understanding.
4. Always carrying my team members along on changes if any.
Communication is the key factor, in any industry as a whole, Planning your information, that you want to deliver to the stakeholders and your manner of presentation and approach matters as well,in times of delivering news that affect or will affect the project should be discussed with the stakeholders in one on one basis as well as providing information that can resolve the issues to be able to get the stakeholders online with the project
