Constant communication is very key, the second speaker highlighted something very important. He said and I quote, tailor your communication to suit the person in front of you. This is very important because every stakeholders is not the same, you have to find out what works best for each client and use it.
In every project, communication is a vital part of it, project managers needs it to enable them work effectively with the team, stakeholders, and the peers. The success of a project depends not only on the ability of the PM managing the project, but to also control each phase using every material judiciously
if this is not in place, the entire project could be in trouble
The 3rd speaker relates or resonates well with me. i tend to write out those crucial points i want to communicate about and getting that feedback from whom, is also very important as effective communication is an input and output thing.
Communication is very important in project management as it helps everyone in favour of the project to understand and be on same page. it gives opportunity for clarification if any misunderstandings.

Good communication is key to a project’s success. It ensures all stakeholders are working from the same realistic schedule. It also ensures that any problems are communicated and resolved. Furthermore, communication should be tailored to the right person.
Good communication is the foundation of every successful project. It ensures that all the necessary information is shared, and that there’s a clear understanding and alignment between the project manager or coordinator, sponsors, and all stakeholders involved. When everyone is kept in the loop, it helps prevent unnecessary back-and-forth, saves time, and makes the best use of resources to meet targets and deadlines. Open, consistent communication also keeps people engaged and aware of progress at every stage of the project—from kickoff to completion.
Effective communication is the backbone of successful project management. A project manager must ensure that information flows clearly, consistently, and promptly between all stakeholders. This means providing updates on progress, risks, and changes; listening actively to feedback; and tailoring messages to suit the audience.
