One point that stood out for me was the part that says; Let your communication be well tailored, put the client in front. Communication and Reporting is very key because i have to ensure every stakeholder is on the same page.
In my organisation context, the strategy I’ll apply is making sure I have a good communication with the sponsors or clients and also not afraid to bring bad news as that is also part of communication and also the bad news shouldn’t be the first thing because that’s like a bombshell and can be demoralising
