Communication is key in every organization, association with people. As a Project Manager, I manage projects and people as well and it’s very important that I know how to communicate effectively with my Team, Stakeholders, Clients and every sector involved
No project can start or be completed without communication.
Not just communication but constant communication because as a pm you never really have absolute control over all factors involved in the project so whenever a change occurs that doesn’t fall in line with your project plan it will have to be communicated to your team and to your stakeholders, so that proper action is taken and the project is completed
When communicating with stakeholders, you need to know the information or data you share with the project sponsors, project team and other persons that are directly impacted by the project. It is important to communicate frequently if there are any changes or iterations made in the project to point the team in the right direction in a completion tasks inline with the changes.

Communication is the most effective tool in any given project setting, it helps to get the work done faster and in budget by knowing the strength of the stakeholders and knowing were substitutions should be done as regards to the roles. Even if you wanna relate some bad news to the team at table you got to use the right choice of words effectively to reduce the tension in the room equally issuing out a piece of solution to the problem at hand.
