  1. As an accountant, communication with stakeholders will enable you to bring value for money in the project that you want to execute. it will help you to know the interest of all stakeholders and enable you to resolve issue on time.

  2. As a project manager, communication is most important- not just communication but effective communication.
    The ways of communicating that stood out to me from the video include; having your communication strategy mapped out if possible, you should not be afraid to bring bad news to the forum but it can help when you speak with stakeholders individually instaed of dropping the ‘bombshell’ all at once at the forum.
    also constant communication is key as a project manager to let everyone know how the project is coming along, what needs to be changed -if need be, what deliverables have been completed or not completed etc.

    In my line of work as a fashion designer, always communicating with my clients on how far with the production of their outfits or other matters help to keep everyone involved informed and also kind of puts everyone at ease and as a resukt, business flows better.

As a PM Communicating with people inside and outside of the team and taking note of there feedback is very crucial as it helps to know that everyone is on the same page. It also helps the project to move and succeed faster.

Giving a report on the progress of the project is also very important, keeping to time schedules and constantly updating the stakeholders will make a project manager stand out.

As it relates to us at RalphCubittx Consultants Limited, communication is a double-way interaction (giving out information and getting back feedback) with three main stakeholders namely the project consultants, clients, and government officials. As a project manager with RCCL, communication is simply the integration of information given and received to achieve the goals of the three stakeholders (the government, the client, and the consultants).
